FocalGraph Signal by Launch Labs
For furniture retailers

They picked the sofa online. They bought it in your showroom.

Your website does most of the selling, then the sale happens at the register where Google Analytics can't see it. FocalGraph Signal shows which campaigns bring real local shoppers to your site in the first place, and checks that your online tracking is set up to count what it can.

Half-built ecommerce tracking is the norm

Most furniture sites fire some of Google's ecommerce events and skip the rest. A missing add_to_cart or begin_checkout hides where shoppers drop off. A purchase that isn't marked as a key event never reaches Google Ads as a conversion.

The grade checks your property against Google's recommended ecommerce and lead events. It grades the path you actually use: if you take orders online it checks the cart and checkout, and if you sell in the showroom it checks your lead forms.

Judge your ads by the shoppers who are real

Signal adds one tag. When a visit matches a real household in the FocalGraph identity graph, it writes signal_verified_household into your GA4, so each channel shows how many real local shoppers it sent.

Merchandising questions, answered from your data

Every account includes a Claude connector that reads your GA4, with a product tool built for retail.

  • "Which sectionals got the most add-to-carts this month?"
  • "Where do shoppers drop out between product page and checkout?"
  • "Which channels sent the most verified households last weekend?"

Furniture retailer questions

Can I add my showroom sales?

Yes, on the Sales plan. Export closed sales from your POS as a CSV (invoice number, sale date, customer address, and optionally total and SKU) and upload it. Signal matches each buyer's address to a household, ties the sale to the website visits before it, and writes it into your GA4 as signal_purchase. Names, emails and phones are ignored, and street addresses are deleted once matching ends.

We run Shopify (or another platform). Does it work?

If you can add a script tag to your site, yes. The grade reads whatever your platform already sends to GA4.

Do you see my in-store sales?

Not on their own. GA4 only sees online purchases. Signal shows which channels bring real shoppers to your site before they visit the store, and on the Sales plan you can upload the showroom sales themselves.

Several store locations?

Each location is its own plan, all on one monthly invoice.
